After working with 4 summoned students, the law enforcement agency has determined that: NHL (born 2005, 10th grade student in Bao Loc City) is the subject of the aforementioned false documents. During the work process, NHL claimed to have downloaded the above text image from the internet, then used Photoshop to edit from February 17 to March 1, and then sent the edited text to their chat group, friends, for the purpose of mocking .
Subsequently, the fake text image was widely disseminated on social media and received the attention of people throughout the province, confusing information, causing confusion in many people.
At the police station, the NHL student confessed to the incident and stated that he was not aware of the consequences of his actions. Currently, the authorities are consolidating the file to handle in accordance with the law.
