Today in court, Phuc bowed his face as a child, admitting that “the defendant knows the crime.” However, when appearing before the Panel, the defendant said that during the investigation he was “punished, depressed.” Phuc only admitted to using one account to scam more than 180 million, unlike the result of the investigating agency that it was two accounts.
Phuc’s defense attorney also said that during the investigation, the client sincerely testified and admitted the crime.
