Today, young cadres are very well trained, many people have had time to study or train and study abroad, so they have a high capacity for integration.
The current young generation in general, including young cadres, are very active, quickly capturing and adapting to the innovations and advances in Science and Technology, on the other hand, they live in an open market economy. The door should follow me, also “more realistic”.
Reporter: In the next generation transition period, are there many concerns about young cadres when approached by different political institutions that are prone to change ideology? Does GS have any comments on this concern or anxiety?
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Duc: This anxiety is founded. Because consciousness is a process, based on knowledge, reason, experience drawn from reality, from different sources of information, and each individual learns to refine reflection from the reality of the world. objective world
Cognitive change is the sum of such factors and is indispensable. While the world and objective reality are changing hourly and perceptions do not change, it is will power.
Therefore, for the young generation to have a strong political position, we must first build the young generation with an ideal and a belief in the Party and the revolutionary cause of the country.
In my opinion today, we not only maintain unity of unity, we also have unity. must uphold the beliefs of people (including the younger generation) in the Party, such as preserving the pupils of their eyes.
As such, the party must constantly innovate. Party cadres must be truly pioneers, daring to think, daring to do, but daring to take responsibility for failures and mistakes (if any) before the people. Leading cadres must truly be an example of need, savings, integrity, fairness, and fairness, as Uncle Ho taught.
Second, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, our country has been successfully innovating. Vietnam’s economy has developed day by day, not only nationally but also regionally and internationally; a civilized, just, democratic society, a more prosperous country and happier people, that is the core value and the most eloquent and sustainable evidence for people and young cadres. We increasingly believe in the leadership of the Party and we must continue promoting more in the future.
In the current period, we must do more and more vigorously, take advantage of the industrial revolution 4.0, take education and train high-quality human resources, science and technology as the key, considering that it is a magic wand for our country to face the developed countries of the region and the world.
Third, it is necessary to train a generation of young officials who have the ambition to revive the country. Lessons from Japan and South Korea show that since the country’s decline and exhaustion after World War II, but it has spawned the generation of young people with ideals and ambition to revive the country.
Since then, they have arisen from the intellect, science and technology, and after just a few decades, the two countries, Japan and South Korea, became great powers, becoming “dragons and tigers” in the region and the world.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Duc: There have been many opinions on this topic, focusing on 4 solutions that are constantly promoting education to improve political skills, practicing ethical qualities and lifestyles for officials and party members; strengthen unity in the party and close relationship with people; promote criticism and self-criticism and strengthen the monitoring and supervision of the Party. I fully agree and agree with these solutions.
Also, I think we need to vigorously renew our organization. People’s trust in the Party comes first in the Party’s organization and staff.
The Party designates the wrong people, people do not obey, they will lose faith in the Party. Therefore, more than ever, the work of the cadres must be truly impartial, good and impeccable at every stage: detect, train, promote and employ officials.
The country faces many advantages but also faces many difficulties and challenges. Therefore, to take on the important mission, talent is required. For the cause of national construction and development to succeed, in the coming period, the Party has discovered and appreciated many talented people.
However, talented people often have personality. If the leader of the organization only uses people who are easy to listen to, does not have the heart and faith, does not dare to use talents, the organization cannot develop.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Duc: That is the appointment mechanism. This is also the motivation for talents to be discovered and prosper among the masses.
To avoid making mistakes, hasty and inconsistent group interests, the work of the cadre must be objective, democratic, fair and transparent and not only the work of a party, but must also have participation. , supervision of the masses.
Many negative incidents have been uncovered not from Party monitoring agencies, but from the findings of the masses. Therefore, today, the masses must participate, monitor and accompany the Party in the work of cadres, at all stages from detect, train and encourage come use of personnel.
