On November 18, a leader of the People’s Committee of Quynh My Commune, Quynh Phu District, Thai Binh Province, said that the area had just happened when a man died abnormally after entering a motel with a woman.
By verification, the dead man was Mr. UN (62 years old). The woman accompanying her is Ms. NTM (49 years old, living in Quynh Hoi Commune, Quynh Phu District).
According to this leader, around 4:00 pm on November 17, the staff at the guesthouse in Quynh My commune cleaned the room and discovered that Mr. Q died after renting a room with Ms. M At that time, Ms. M was no longer in the room. The incident was then reported to the People’s Committee and the Quynh My Commune Police Station.
After examining the scene, the Quynh Phu District Police handed over Mr. Q’s body to the family at the post and summoned Ms. M to the office.
