The total time for this question session is 2.5 days, from the morning of November 6 to the end of the morning of November 10, 2020.

The content of the interrogation session is to interrogate the heads of relevant agencies on the implementation of the National Assembly resolutions on thematic supervision and questioning during the XIV period and a series of resolutions in the XIII period. .

In accordance with the regulations on the positions that must answer questions before the National Assembly, members of the Government (government leaders and ministers, heads of agencies at the ministerial level), President of the People’s Supreme Court, Head of the People’s Supreme Court. “hot seat” when there is a question directly related to the field in charge.

The list of people who may have to go to “hot seats” is about 30 people.

At the close of this interrogation session, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, in addition to responding directly to questions from the deputies of the National Assembly, will speak to clarify some issues that are the responsibility of the Government.
