Seeing the guard lying down, Chien tied his limbs and limbs, used duct tape to bandage the victim’s mouth, then closed the door and inserted a cane in front of the door. After leaving, Chien took a motorcycle taxi to the Suoi Hoa slope area (Bac Ninh city) and took a bus to the Gia Lam bus station (Hanoi).
When he arrived in Hanoi, Chien rented a motel to change clothes and brought the stolen phone number and sold it in 5-6 different stores, the rest he sold to passers-by on the street, mototaxi. Chien couldn’t remember how many phones he had stolen and how much money he sold. On the evening of the same day, Le Anh Chien was arrested while wandering around Hanoi.
“Even though I knew the stores had surveillance cameras, but in my mind at the time I was very much in debt and couldn’t think much, so this happened. I didn’t mean to kill the security guards, just to defend.”said the thief.
