Emphasizing, the former Minister once again said to accept responsibility for errors in the project implementation process to lower-level officials in the Ministry of Transportation.
For Vice Minister Nguyen Hong Truong and his subordinates, Mr. Thang hopes that the Panel will not examine their criminal responsibility.
With the VKS, Mr. Thang said that the fact that the VKS did not argue with the attorneys and defendants, in addition to helping the Panel shorten the trial, is not in accordance with the law.
