At 14 pm on October 28, a landslide occurred in village 3 (old village 6), Phuoc Loc commune, leaving dozens of people missing. The site of the landslide was tens of kilometers from the Commune Popular Committee, there was no telephone signal, so the village officials had to cross the forest for many hours to inform the commune authorities.
