Khang Gia Company is the investor of the Khang Gia Chanh Hung apartment building located at 59th Street, 16 (Hall 4, District 8). Trinh Minh Thanh, as general manager, legal representative of Khang Gia Company, sold the fake apartment 12B on the fifth floor to Ms. TTKL, appropriating more than 1.5 billion dong.
