The chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, Nguyen Thanh Phong, has just approved the plan of work offices for various agencies and units of Thu Duc City.
Specifically, the Thu Duc City Party Committee is located in a part of Building No. 2/304 of Hanoi Highway, Hiep Phu Ward (the office of the former District Party Committee and District 9 People’s Committee) .
The remainder of the building will be allocated to other units under the Thu Duc City Party Committee after the city officially goes into operation.
In this building, keep the same area for the return of applications and results section of the Land Registry Office of the City of Thu Duc.

It is a new headquarters built with modern facilities, located closer to the center of Ho Chi Minh City between the three administrative offices of the old neighborhoods.
There is a separate campus, there is ample parking for people to contact for work or organize meetings with a room with capacity for about 500 people.

The headquarters of the Vietnam Homeland Front Committee and Thu Duc City Associations and Trade Unions are located at 43 Nguyen Van Ba Street, Binh Tho neighborhood (the former office of the Thu Duc District People’s Committee ). Additionally, the Construction Investment Management Board is also organized to work at this location.
The site cleanup and compensation board is located at 181 Thong Nhat Street, Binh Tho Ward (the headquarters of the former Thu Duc District Department of Education and Training), while Thu Duc City Union will be stationed at 23 Bac Ai Street, Binh Tho neighborhood.
The Land Registry Office branch is located at 1 Tagore Street, Binh Tho Ward, with an area of over 2,200 square meters.2.
For the citizen reception department, the one-stop shop that receives files and returns administrative results, still keeps them in the old places to facilitate the service to the people.
