Petroland has a registered capital of 1,000 billion VND, the main contributing shareholders include: PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PVC); Petrovietnam Oil Corporation Limited Company (PVOIL); Investment and Development Bank of Vietnam (BIDV); Dong Do Petroleum Corporation. From 2012 to 2017, Bui Minh Chinh, Ngo Hong Minh and Tran Huu Giang discussed and agreed to make a payment expedient for the short fees for the consulting service for the Phu My Hung oil and gas mall project.
