According to estimates by the ferry management unit, there are around 65,000 passengers per day. Currently, the traffic police are present to regulate vehicles and reduce prolonged congestion.

At the west gate, the number of vehicles on Highway 1 is becoming increasingly crowded. From the section of the Nguyen Van Linh flyover to the Binh Dien Bridge (Binh Chanh district), thousands of cars slowly crowded together.
Cars and trucks have to move slowly, sometimes stopping, many motorcycles run to the sidewalk to go. The suffocating smog tired many people on the road. Traffic police with young volunteers be present at major intersections to divert and regulate traffic.
