Duong’s mother, pregnant woman Tran Thuy Lien (39, Hoang Mai, Hanoi) was the third pregnant woman, she went into labor at 39 weeks’ gestation. Ms. Lien was hospitalized at 10 am on December 31st, at the delivery table at 11:30 pm.
