On the morning of September 29, people in Duc Phong Village, Dai Dong Commune (Kien Thuy District, Hai Phong City), when going to morning exercise, were surprised to discover the body of a middle-aged man age on a power pole. According to information from the People’s Committee of the Dai Dong commune, after receiving complaints from the population, the town coordinated with the interdisciplinary force to investigate and clarify the case. Initially, functional forces identified the victim as Do TT (SN 1983, a native of Lai Chau province) as self-employed.
Immediately after that, the authorities contacted the victim’s family. According to the representative of the Dai Dong Commune People’s Committee, in case no one comes to greet him, the town will organize a funeral for the victim.
Some people said that at midnight, Duc Phong village suddenly lost power. Perhaps it was then that the man climbed on this electric pole causing the incident and the tragic death.
