Allegedly for the same behavior, but Ms. Bui Thi Le Phi and 5 other people were arrested and detained, including: Hoang Thi Thuy Nga, former Chairman of the Founding Council of New Success Journey Group (NSJ Group); Le Huy Binh, former deputy CEO of NSJ Group; Luong Tan Thanh, former employee of the project management unit of the Can Tho Department of Health; Doan Thi No, Former Head of Project Department, LTQ High Technology Co., Ltd (formerly NSJ Company); Le Thanh Hung, former salesman for NSJ.
Previously, the Ministry of Public Security sent a document to the President of the Popular Committee of the city of Can Tho, requesting the direct departments to provide the investigating agency with all the documents and documents related to the approval of investment capital for 2 packages of bidding. medical equipment (invested by the Department of Health).
