On December 4, the Hung Yen Province Police said the provincial police agency was coordinating with functional forces to continue investigating and clarifying the murder case in Xuan Quan Commune, Van Giang District. on December 3, killing a woman
Specifically, the incident occurred on the afternoon of December 3 at Xuan Quan Market, Village 5, Xuan Quan Commune, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province. The victim is Ms. Le Thi H. (born 1979, living in Ngoc Dong Village, Da Ton Commune, Gia Lam District, Hanoi City).
Initially, the functional forces identified the suspect causing the above case as Dinh Van Khoi (born 1980, resident in Thuan Ton Village, Da Ton Commune, Gia Lam District, Khoi was the husband of the victim).

During the investigation, the law enforcement agency determined that Khoi and Ms. H. have been separated for 1 year and that they currently have 3 children living with Ms. H.
The motive for the murder is that Khoi suspects that Ms H. has had an illegal relationship with other people, so at 5:30 p.m. on December 3, Khoi went to the place where Ms H. was selling products in the Xuan Quan market to interrogate. Seeing what Ms. H. did not say, Khoi used a knife to stab Ms. H.’s body many times, then threw bricks at the victim, killing Ms. H. on the spot.
Currently, the Hung Yen Police Investigation and Investigation Department continues to fight to clarify the case.
