A buffet restaurant in District 5 (HCMC) had a major fire, prompting police to block many routes to serve fire fighting.
At 12 o’clock on January 1, 2021, the District 5 Police Fire and Rescue Team (HCMC) is still urgently conducting fire fighting at a restaurant on Tran Hung Dao Street, District 1, District 5.
Initially, around 10:30 am on the same day, the LF buffet restaurant on this route suddenly exploded, causing many people inside to panic and flee, and at the same time notifying the fire force.
Upon receiving the news, the District 5 Police Fire and Rescue Police Team dispatched many vehicles and dozens of officers and soldiers to the firefighting scene.
Many roads around this restaurant were blocked by the traffic police for the fire forces to do their work.
Recorded at the scene, the front and side of the restaurant were damaged by fire. Initially, the fire did not cause harm to people.
The case is under investigation by the police.
