The accident occurred around 6:40 pm on February 26 at the Bao Loc pass (the stretch that passes through kilometer 96 in the territory of Da M’ri city, Da Huoai district, Lam Dong province ).

According to the Madaguoi Traffic Police Team (Lam Dong Provincial Police), at that time the bauxite truck (the license plate number and the driver’s identity) were falling the Bao Loc pass in the direction of Da Lat to City Ho Chi Minh at a high speed.

Upon reaching the previous location, the container truck suddenly crossed the left side of the road and crashed into the 16-seater passenger car coming up the Bao Loc pass in the opposite direction.

After that, the container truck pushed the passenger car a long way and continued to collide with a van. The heavy hit caused the 16-seat car to spin in the opposite direction.

The accident resulted in some people traveling in the 16-seater passenger car being injured in the emergency hospital and seriously damaging 5 cars and 1 motorcycle.
