According to the conclusion of the investigation, in 2017, Tran Ngoc Thuy (36 years old) is the owner of 90 Suong Nguyet Anh, District 1, he signed a hand purchase contract with Le Cong Tuan Anh (29 years old) for 100 billion VND. Linh and Phuong mobilized 20 people. Before going to the meeting place, Linh said, “Do it right, I have nothing to worry about.”
As soon as they saw Quan, Phuong’s group rushed to cut. The older brother could not defend himself, he ran into the car tunnel of the karaoke bar, but was surrounded on all sides, received dozens of more knives, fell on the spot.
After the crime, Linh hired many cars to transport the gang to Vung Tau to rent a villa for drinks. The next morning we went to play Phan Thiet and then parted ways to escape.
