Mr. Xung has a BA in economics, a BA in politics, and is Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee for the period 2015-2020. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Xung will be retiring after the 19th Thanh Hoa Province Party Congress is held on October 26-29, due to his lack of age for re-election.
