The Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee has issued written guidance on a traffic accident that caused a death related to the Head of Internal Affairs of the Head of the Provincial Party Committee.
The document said: “The Thai Binh Provincial Standing Committee requested the Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Nguyen Van Dieu, to suspend the action until May 25 to overcome the consequences of the traffic accident.”
Mr. Dieu must report the explanation to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee before 15:00 on 12/5. Assignment of the Internal Affairs Commission of the Provincial Committee of the Pham Thi Lieu Lap Party to be in charge of the Department of Internal Affairs during the time that Mr. Dieu stops the task.
Earlier, at 6pm on May 8, the Toyota Altis BKS 29A-995.83 car collided with a bicycle on Tran Thu Do Street, Tien Phong Ward, Thai Binh City.

Then, on social networks to spread the information, the driver was the leader of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Provincial Party Committee.
Speaking to PV, Thai Binh City Police Chief Nguyen Xuan Hau said he was actively investigating the accident, currently awaiting the results of the forensic examination.
Regarding information that the car caused an accident with officials from the Department of Internal Affairs, Mr. Hau declined to respond.
