On the afternoon of December 23, information from the Bac Giang Provincial Police said that the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police made a criminal arrest decision against Le Thanh Ngoc (also known as 31-year-old Ngoc ‘rambo’) and Phung. On August 16, Ngoc “rambo” and Hung arrested A. to go home to interrogate and force relatives to lower their laptops to rescue A.

During interrogation, Ngoc “rambo” and Hung filmed the video and uploaded it to the YouTube channel “Ngoc Rambo”.

According to the head of the Bac Giang Province Criminal Police Department, Ngoc “rambo” has acted against the law. In addition to recovering the laptop, Ngoc “rambo” also has the purpose of recording videos of watching phrases, earning money on the YouTube channel.

Police from the Bac Giang Province Criminal Police Department issued the decision to detain Ngoc and Hung to clarify the case and handle it in accordance with the law.

The jade “rambo” is known to many people as a “gypsy network”, with many large tattoos on the body and often wearing large gold necklaces.

Ngoc “rambo” owns a YouTube channel called “Ngoc Rambo” which has 456,000 followers. Ngoc’s videos are about preaching morality, gang life, or violent conflict resolution. Ngoc videos have hundreds of thousands of views.
