At the same time, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm from November 12 to November 15, 2020, cargo cars with a volume of goods of 500 kg or more, passenger cars with 25 seats or more (except buses, garbage collection vehicles, troubleshooting vehicles, vehicles with security badges and service vehicles) on some routes: Hung Vuong (from Hung Vuong – Le Hong Phong to Hung Vuong – Nguyen Thai Hoc), Dien Bien Phu, Chu Van An, Le Hong Phong (from Le Hong Phong – Dien Bien Phu to Le Hong Phong – Chu Van An and Le Hong Phong – Hung Vuong to Le Hong Phong – Team can).

For other streets, the vehicles comply with Decision No. 06/2013 / QD-UBND of January 25, 2013 and Decision No. 24/2020 QD of the People’s Committee of the City of Hanoi that regulates the operation of convenient traffic in Hanoi city.

During the conference, Hanoi city police announced the detour and direction for restricted vehicles, temporarily banned from traffic according to the following route:

Vehicles in transit to Le Hong Phong – Doi Can – Ngoc Ha change direction along the Ong Ich Khiem – Le Truc – Nguyen Thai Hoc route to Dong Da district, Hoan Kiem and from Dien Bien Phu, turn to Nguyen Tri Phuong. – Cua Bac – Quan Thanh – Thuy Khue – Van Cao – Lieu Giai go to the districts of Dong Da, Cau Giay and vice versa.
