When opening the abdominal cavity, the doctors found that the large cyst occupies the entire abdominal cavity, causing the deformation of all the organs of the substructure. The surgical procedure must reduce the size of the tumor by opening and sucking the fluid from inside the tumor, leaving 8 liters of fluid. The weight of the ovarian tumor is 9 kg.

Ovarian tumors adhere to the left pelvic wall and substructure, fibroids with uterine fibroids attached to the chain and rectum. Surgery continues to dissect, removing the glue.

Doctors completely remove the uterus and two ovaries to remove both uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts.

As the tumor continues to grow, it can contract and make breathing difficult, and it can even rupture, which can be fatal.

Doctors recommend that women of all ages should undergo regular gynecological examinations every 6-12 months, take screening tests for gynecological diseases early.

Women over the age of 30 have a uterine fibroid rate of up to 35%. In case of detecting ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, surgery should be performed as soon as indicated.
