At the meeting, the working group suggested to Mr. Do Khac Tuan that he temporarily stop testing tasks.

On the afternoon of September 23, Mr. Le Van Du went to the Go Vap District People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City to receive notification of acceptance of the case.
Prior to that, in the first instance trial, the Go Vap District People’s Court had accepted a part of the plaintiff’s application, declared the cancellation of the land transfer contract between Mr. Quy and Mr. Si. The Court recognized 500 m² of land for Mr. Quy.
Furthermore, the Trial Panel accepted a portion of Mr. Du’s counterclaim, recognizing two land transfer contracts between Mr. Quy and Mr. Du and Mr. Thang. Mr. Du has the right to contact the competent agencies to divide the parcel, register the right to use the land with 174 m2 of transferred land.
After that, the Go Vap district VKSND protested against the trial court on seven points. In the appeal session, the representative of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Court in court asked the Panel to accept the appeal, cancel the sentence to hear the case again. On the afternoon of July 15, the High Level People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City appealed to the reviewer of cassation to cancel the two first and appeal sentences so that the Go Vap District People’s Court could handle the first instance in the direction of the recognition of the sales contract between Mr. Phan Quy. and the accused.
On the afternoon of July 24, the Committee of Judges met to accept the appeal, deciding to annul both the first instance judgments and the appeal for a first instance trial according to law.
