On October 8, the Ninh Kieu District Police Department (Can Tho City) prosecuted the accused, arrested Huynh Cong Duc (21 years old; lived in My Khanh Commune, Phong Dien District, Can Tho City ) to investigate acts against the executor of the public service.
According to the results of the investigation, late at night on 19 September, the Cai Khe neighborhood police received news of a disorderly fight in a bar on Tran Phu Street. The head of the Cai Khe District Police Department assigned Captain Vu Duy Quyen and Lieutenant Nguyen Duy Thanh and street security forces to the scene. Captain Quyen, along with 2 other people, stayed at the bar to handle the case. Duc suddenly jumped from behind to hit the neck area and knocked Captain Quyen down the street, then ran away. Captain Quyen quickly joined forces on a mission to hunt down and control Germany in the night market area.
Working with the police, Germany admitted that he had drunk a lot of alcohol and had fights at the bar. Duc saw that Captain Quyen was controlling a friend in the group, so he rushed to fight to rescue you, then ran away but was unable to escape. Duc had a criminal record of looting property.
