It is known that the Mercedes car that caused the accident was that of a man from the Binh Thanh district hired by the KG company to perform a self-drive rental service. This company allowed Nguyen Tran Hoang Phong (32 years old, Go Vap resident) to rent it for use when an accident occurred.
Mercedes drivers who cause an accident can be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison.
Recently, Phu Nhuan District VKSND completed the indictment of prosecuting Tran Hoang Phong for violating the regulations on road traffic.
