Vinh LongTran Ngoai Giao, 30, stabbed a young man with iron stab wounds and injured two others while controlling him to put his wife in a car.

According to the investigation, yesterday afternoon, 6 men aged 21 to 35 years brought tear gas canisters, electric whips and iron sticks by car from Ba Ria – Vung Tau to the cafeteria of Ms. Vo Thi Thuy Hang (29 years , wife Giao) in Long An Commune, Long Ho District. This group broke in to spray tear gas, controlled, and took Ms. Hang to the car to transport her.
The victim responded, but was unsuccessful when her husband and family rushed to arrest the group of men. Giao was angry, grabbed a 1.5 m long iron and ran after the group of people who “kidnapped” his wife, stabbing to death a 28-year-old boy and two other seriously injured. After committing the crime, this guy goes first.
Khai told police that the group said that Hang’s mother (who lives in Tan Thanh district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province) had hired her to arrest her daughter and take her away.
