The incident occurred at 5:30 p.m. on March 31 local time (1-4 AM Vietnam time) in a two-story building at 202 West Lincoln Avenue in Orange County, south of Los Angeles. Police Jennifer Amat said police fired a gun at the suspect and the person was hit. Currently, the police have taken the suspect to hospital, but the status is unknown. Southern California officials said the shooting left four dead (including a small child) and two injured. The police were forced to open fire at the scene.
