Running towards Dien Bien Phu Street, Vinh saw a 27-year-old girl holding an iPhone 11 ProMax taking a photo alone, so he stopped. When the girl turned her back on him, he walked past the car, snatched the phone from her, and fled. From behind, the task force also screamed gas.
The thief stumbled into traffic, settled into a hammock, and went into small alleys. Following behind, to an uninhabited area on Hoang Du Khuong Street (Hall 12, District 10), reconnaissance took over.
Vinh kicked the top of the special police car and kept running. The scout fired two shots into the air, the man threw the thief into the street, closed his hand.
