After his birthday on October 30, Maradona showed some signs of exhaustion. An examination at the La Plata hospital showed that he had a blood clot in his brain, but doctors said that the clot-type surgery had been successful. However, after being released from the hospital on the morning of November 25, Maradona suffered heart failure and doctors were unable to save him.
Before learning about the incident and passing away, Maradona was the coach of the Gimnasia club, playing in the Argentine Championship.
Maradona was born on October 30, 1960 in Lanús, Buenos Aires (Argentina). He began playing professional soccer for the Argentinos Juniors at age 16, before suddenly becoming one of the best footballers world soccer has ever seen.
