On September 7, the Tay Son district police, Binh Dinh province, said they were summoning a group of people for no reason to use a homemade knife to cut Mr. Tran Ngoc Danh (29 years old; lives in the village from Hoa Trung, Binh Tuong Commune, Tay Son District) serious injuries, to consolidate records handled in accordance with the law.
Prior to that, on the night of September 6, Tran Ngoc Danh was walking down the street near his home when a group of subjects suddenly injured himself with knives. After taking action, the group fled the scene and Danh was taken to the emergency room by people from the Binh Dinh Province General Hospital.
Upon receiving the news in the evening, the Tay Son district police deployed forces to investigate. In this way, the group of objects related to the court of Mr. Tran Ngoc Danh has been determined, among them: Tu Minh Dang (20 years old), Huynh Trung Kien (21 years old), Nguyen Huu Thuyen (18 years old), Nguyen Duc Hung. (23 years old), Tran Anh Nhan (19 years old), Nguyen Phuc Thinh (18 years old) and Phan Van Hoc (13 years old; both live in Hoa Son village, Binh Tuong commune).
Initially, the aforementioned group of subjects confessed even though there were no contradictions or resentments, but because they saw “itchy eyes”, they cut Mr. Tran Ngoc Danh in “disgust”.
