As VietNamNet has reported, from noon to 5/4 afternoon, Dr. Bui Quang Tin has lunch, drinks, beer, and 8 other people who are the top leaders and officials of Ho Chi Minh City Banking University in 1 unit. The apartment is located on the 14th floor of the NS Apartment Building, by Mr. Tran Viet Dung (Director of the International Training Institute, University of Banking).
