Seven students in Bolivia died and four in the morning were seriously injured and hospitalized after falling from the 4th floor due to the railing breaking suddenly.
The incident occurred on the 4th floor of a building of the El Alto Public University (UPEA), Bolivia, on the 2.3.
The video shows students huddled in the corridor on the fourth floor of the university building in the city of El Alto, a suburb of La Paza, Bolivia.
Students crowded to take the place to listen to the classroom seminars and get up.
As the crowd pushed, a section of the railing suddenly broke, causing many of the people leaning on the railing to lose their balance and fall to the lower floors.
According to Kyma.com, eight students fell when the railing broke.
The video also recorded the heroic actions of the group of students when there were students holding hands by their side to help them avoid falling, according to the Daily Mail.
One student barely managed to fall off a balcony and then grabbed the hand of one of the other two hanging students. Another student was brought to safety when his legs were caught between the railing.
Local police said the main cause of the tragedy was that the railing was not well welded.
