The incident resulted in 3 students in grade 12A2 from Dong Anh High School, including LTA, NLP and NPH (the same 17 years old). Three victims were rushed to the emergency room immediately after that, but due to the severe head injury, LTA died at 2:30 p.m. on January 14 at Thanh Thuy Medical Center.

PNL had a broken finger bone and underwent surgery. The NPH is controlled and supervised in the Emergency Recovery Department of Viet Duc Hospital (Hanoi).
