According to him, this situation can be completely overcome if the airway design exceeds the intersection of the Tu So intersection and has a “ram” (points up and down) towards Lang Street, instead of Truong Chinh Street as currently.
According to Mr. Tam, in order for the congestion not to worsen and promote the efficiency of the project’s investment, the responsible agency should redesign the “grounding” point of the Ring 2 causeway. VIBRA leaders suggested extending an aerial highway according to the plan to pass the Nga Tu So intersection. Then build 3 “ram” branches in the shape of a flower market approaching Lang, Tay Son, Nguyen Trai.
