According to Ms. Hang, she herself transferred money to Mr. Yen’s father-in-law’s account. After discovering Mr. Yen’s fraudulent behavior, he asked this person to pay and received 12 billion VND back.
Ms. Hang also said that so far, she has transferred to the accounts sent to her by Mr. Yen and the ones that send her with the total amount of up to 135 billion VND (with full remittance documents) …
Through the complaint, Ms. Hang asked the CSDT – Ho Chi Minh City Police to prosecute the criminal case of “fraud and appropriation of property”, prosecute the accused against Mr. Vo Hoang Yen and his partners in crime. At the same time, investigate and recover the 135 billion VND that she transferred to Mr. Yen and his accomplices.
