“They said my son borrowed money but did not show any documents to prove it. Also, my son got married and moved. This group of men was so intimidated that my wife had heart disease, the whole family was eating and sleeping restlessly and it had to close all the time, ”worried Mr. N.
On the night of November 29, 2019, Mr. N. and his wife returned home from work. After that, Mr. N. and his wife reported to the Vinh Loc A Commune Police for help.
Then, at dawn on January 17, 2020, two young men on a motorcycle arrived in front of Mr. N.’s house and threw paint and dirt on the roof and left.
The last time was on the morning of 10/5, Mr. N.’s house continued to be painted with objects. Like the last time, the subjects threw into the door area of Mr. N’s daughter’s bedroom.
“This is the fourth time that they throw paint at my house. My son owes someone money, because he and my wife don’t know it. After all, they threatened to paint and texted my husband’s phone number to ask for money. I heard I have heart disease. I had to turn off my phone for several months to avoid receiving “terrorism” demand messages from this group of people, “said Ms. Nguyen Thi X. (born 1966, Mr. N.’s wife) pressing.
Without stopping there, on the night of April 14, 2020, the group of people demanding money also took a photo of Mr. Zalo’s daughter, Mr. N. and then sent it to Mr. N. with the content to threaten: “Your daughter is so beautiful”.
Ms. X. said that when a group of debt collectors appeared, she rented a room for her daughter, who was a private student, to live safely, but until now, these subjects had threatened her.
“They took the phone simulators from my daughter-in-law (V’s wife), so they had phone numbers for all the family members. My daughter is very worried right now when she goes to school. My family is thinking of selling a house to live in other places, but they are always painted, my husband and my teacher are retired teachers, how can we live? Mrs. X worried.
Watching, new and old paint stains on all the walls of Mr. N. and his wife’s house, from the door to the top floor, although they are repeatedly rubbed and washed. In addition, these subjects also splashed paint on the kindergarten gate in front of Mr. N.’s home.
On the afternoon of 11/5, the PV went to the Vinh Loc A Commune Police headquarters to obtain information, the officer here said that he obtained the information that the painting hit Mr. N.’s family and requested Contact the Binh Chanh District Police.
In particular, the case of Mr. N.’s family was painted on May 10, the Vinh Loc A Commune police office has not received a written report from the victim.
