The Armenian prime minister said the military asked to sign the Nagorno-Karabakh agreement because “resources have been exhausted.”

According to Pashinyan, if an agreement, even a negative one, is announced earlier, it will lead to a loss of combat ability. The Prime Minister noted that Armenia has problems with general mobilization and, in general, is not ready to start hostilities.
“Military resources are not entirely ineffective. The combatants at the front have no substitutes. The combatants must have the opportunity to rest. At the front, the soldiers are not replaced by anyone. Months,” said Mr. Pashinyan.
According to Mr. Pashinyan, therefore, Armenia made the decision that it was necessary to end the war as soon as possible, otherwise the consequences would be much more serious, Sputnik noted.
The leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan previously approved a joint declaration on a ceasefire in Karabakh. According to a statement issued by Russian President Vladimir, the ceasefire started completely on November 10, Azerbaijan and Armenia stopped at the current location and had to exchange prisoners.
