When she arrived in front of the gas station in the Dien Nam Trung district, Ha waited for Ms. D. here because she knew that his ex-wife used to drive their children home from school. At approximately 7 o’clock on the same day (December 18), Ms D. passed on a motorcycle when Ha followed her, throwing chemicals in her face.
After throwing chemicals in his ex-wife’s face, Ha escaped the scene and later fled to Phu Yen province. Ms. D. was taken to Da Nang Eye Hospital for emergency with 32% of the initial injury.
