After learning that these two people died of fear, Mr. Thanh and Thuy returned to the commune authorities and border posts. The aspiration of the two families is that the authorities facilitate the transfer of the victim’s body for burial in accordance with local customs, no autopsy is required and they do not undertake to file subsequent complaints.
The Lang Mo Border Guard carried out the procedures to receive information, notify the above situation to the police and the National Institute of Civil Engineering, Quang Ninh, and coordinate with the commune police to complete the initial procedures.
