On December 27, 2017, when there was information about this incident, the City Party Standing Committee ordered the transfer to be stopped, required renegotiation, and reported to the Party Standing Committee.
On April 18, 2018, the City Party Committee Standing Committee determined that the signing of this contract was not in accordance with Decision No. 1087-QD / TU dated 03.31.2009 of the Party Committee Standing Committee. of the City on the promulgation of the Regulation on the management and use of assets. Property is the house, limited liability company land use rights of a member owned by the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
Therefore, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee asked the Tan Thuan company to negotiate with the partner to cancel the contract, not to agree to the sale of the appointment.
