On September 16, the Bac Giang province police issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the defendants and order the temporary detention of Tran Van Dung and Duong Duc Tuyen to investigate the murder charges.

Before that, like Intellectual people reported, on the afternoon of September 14, at km 122 + 150 of the Hanoi – Bac Giang highway, in the territory of the Noi Hoang commune, Yen Dung district, Bac Giang province, the working group of the Bac Giang Provincial Police The Economic Police, the Traffic Police Division and the Mobile Police Department coordinate with the Bac Giang Province Market Management Department to implement the work plan.
At approximately 2:20 PM, when Supervisory Board 29B – 501.64 16-seat passenger car showed signs of doubt, the task force implemented this passenger car stop.
Seeing the competent force signaling to stop, the driver slowed down and pulled to the side of the road. However, this driver suddenly accelerated and ran straight into the task force and struck, hitting Mobile Police Sergeant Nguyen Van Manh in the cap.
The suspect Duong Duc Tuyen (owner of the vehicle) was also prosecuted to investigate the crime of murder.
Suddenly stabbed, Sergeant Manh held onto the car’s windshield wipers and asked the subject to stop and obey the inspection, but the subjects continued to control the car on the road. After approximately 1 km, Sergeant Manh fell from his cap on the road, was crushed by the steering wheel of the car and died.
Immediately, the Bac Giang Province Police Force organized an arrest against Duong Duc Tuyen. During the investigation, functional forces were discovered in a car carrying some goods of unknown origin.
On the night of September 15, subject Tran Van Dung (born 1989, resident of Hong Ky commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi city) was driving a passenger car from Supervisory Board 29B – 501.64 to the police department to confess.
Currently, Dung and Tuyen are in custody to investigate the behavior of driving a passenger car and the death of Mobile Police Sergeant Nguyen Van Manh.
Sergeant Nguyen Van Manh was determined to be sacrificed in service and promoted to the rank of sergeant.
On September 15, the Bac Giang Province Police Investigation and Investigation Department coordinated with the provincial police operations units to open the seal and count the number of goods in the car 29B-501.64. The counting process showed that all unidentified goods in the vehicle, including 80 boxes of electronic components with a total weight of 2 tons, did not have invoices proving origin.
