On November 15, Ms. Chi hired 6 people in Ba Ria – Vung Tau to the commune of Long An, District Long Ho to find and arrest her daughter Vo Thi Thuy Hang (29, who lives in the District 3 of Ho Chi Minh City). More than 10 o’clock on the same day, this group was present at the Tam Giao Cafe (An Hiep Village, Long An Commune) of Tran Ngoai Giao (Ms. Hang’s husband).

At the store, this group controlled the pepper spray, dragging Ms. Hang to the car parked in front of the store. Hearing the sound of his wife screaming, Giao ran to the rescue and fought with the group of people mentioned above. Giao used a sharp metal rod approximately 1.5m long to stab one of the people killed at the scene, and two people were injured.
