According to initial information, on November 18, Mr. T. (a 10th grader in Vinh Thuan District) made an appointment to meet Mr. Q. (married and children) at the Vinh Thuan Inn , Vinh Thuan district. Here, T. said that Mr. Q. promised to divorce his wife to marry him, but did not comply. Therefore, T. decided to take a suicide drug. Fortunately, Mr. Q. and the innkeeper rushed me to the emergency, so it didn’t affect my life.
Mr. Q. said that at noon on November 18, T. telephoned him to give him gifts on 11/20. Thinking of teachers and students, he went to meet. Here, T. loved and asked Mr. Q. to divorce his wife so that the two would be united. However, Mr. Q. disagreed and left. Shortly after, T. committed suicide at the inn.
After receiving information about the incident, the principal of Vinh Phong 2 High School asked Mr. Q. to report and he admitted all his wrongdoings. On November 28, the school branch held a meeting to review according to the process under the leadership of the Vinh Phong Commune Party Committee and the District Inspection Committee to propose solutions. Consequently, the Branch secretly voted to discipline Mr. Q. with the form of excommunicating the Party.
At the investigating agency, Mr. Q. admitted his crime. Through the initial investigation, the police determined that Mr. Q. had a male-female relationship with T. when he was in the ninth grade at Vinh Phong 2 High School.
