This camera system is considered a common property of the whole society. This project aims to synchronously build a camera system from the Ministry of Public Security to the localities, with the same standard, which can be used for many purposes and can be exploited by many agencies and departments.
There are currently no regulations that require contractors and investors to install a monitoring system when building new roads and highways.
