With defense industry, the project selected Military Telecom Industry Group (Viettel) because it is the leading unit in research, development, manufacturing, production, technology transfer, import and export of technical equipment products. military and dual-use items for civil and defense use.

At the same time, Viettel is oriented to build and develop the industrial sector, focusing on 3 areas, including the high-tech defense industry, the electronics and telecommunications industry, the network security industry. Viettel sets a goal, from now until 2025, to be among the top 80 high-earning companies from defense activities in the world.
