At the same time, the Central Committee also decided to postpone the “Brave Youth” badge to two young soldiers from the Mission in distress at Rao Trang 3 Hydroelectric Power Plant, including: Major Ton That Bao Phuc (34 years old), Head of the Department of Industry, Department of General Staff, Military Command of the province of Thua Thien – Hue; and Major Nguyen Canh Cuong (29 years old), leader of Company 6, Battalion 2, Brigade 80. Both were bravely killed during a landslide rescue mission at the Rao Trang 3 hydroelectric power station.
