Specifically, the Prime Minister appoints Major General Nguyen Quang Ngoc, in charge of the Commander of Military Region 3, to serve as Commander of Military Region 3, Ministry of Defense; appointed Rear Admiral Tran Thanh Nghiem, in charge of the Commander of the Naval Military Service, occupying the position of Commander of the Naval Service, Ministry of Defense.

Appointed Major General Le Duc Thai, in charge of the Commander of the Border Guard, holding the position of Commander of the Border Guard, Ministry of Defense; appoint Colonel Le Quang Dao, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Border Guard, serving as Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Border Guard, Ministry of National Defense.

Colonel Ha Tat Dat, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Hoa Binh Province Military Command, was appointed as deputy commander of Military Region 3, Ministry of National Defense.

Prior to that, in July 2020, the Prime Minister had decided to appoint Lieutenant General Vu Hai San – Commander of Military Region 3, Vice Admiral of the Navy Pham Hoai Nam – Commander of the Marine Corps and Lieutenant General. Hoang Xuan Chien – Commander of the Border Guard, holds the position of Vice Minister of National Defense.
