From September 21 to October 3, 15 provinces across the country successfully organized the new 2020-2025 Party Congress.
Among the 15 provincial party secretaries for the new term, there are 4 secretaries, including: Ms. Le Thi Thuy, secretary of the Ha Nam Party Provincial Committee; Ms. Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee; Ms. Dao Hong Lan, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Party Provincial Committee and Ms. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, Secretary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee.
Ms. Le Thi Thuy was re-elected Secretary of the Ha Nam Party Provincial Committee.
At the first meeting of the Party Committee of Ha Nam Province, term XX on September 21, delegates elected Ms. Le Thi Thuy, Secretary of the Party Committee of the XIX term, re-elected Secretary of the Party Committee of the term XX, for the 2020-2025 term.

Ms. Le Thi Thuy was born in 1964 in Nghe An, she has a master’s degree in law; Higher political theory, member of the Central Committee of the twelfth term, member of the fourteenth National Assembly of the Hai Duong delegation. Before being mobilized and serving as Secretary of Ha Nam Province, Ms. Le Thi Thuy held many different positions at the local and central level.
From June 1992 to December 1996, Ms. Le Thi Thuy was a teacher at the Political School of Nghe An Province. From March 2001 to July 2004, Ms. Le Thi Thuy served as Deputy Chief Inspector from Nghe An province.
From November 2008 to October 2010, Ms. Thuy was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairperson of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Committee of the Nghe An Party.
From November 2010 to July 2015 he held the position of Deputy Inspector General of the Government, member of the Party’s Civil Affairs Commission. From January 2016 to August 2016, Ms Le Thi Thuy was a member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Inspector General of the Government, Secretary of the Party Inspection.
From August 2016 to July 2016, Ms. Le Thi Thuy was appointed Vice President of the Central Inspection Committee.
In July 2016, Ms Le Thi Thuy, Vice Chairperson of the Central Inspection Committee, was assigned to the Politburo as Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee for the period 2015-2020.
The 50-year-old provincial Party secretary was re-elected
On September 24, the XI Congress of the An Giang Party Provincial Committee, 2020-2025 period, opened in the morning with 349 official delegates. Congress elected the Executive Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee, Period XI, Period 2020 – 2025. At the first meeting, Ms. Vo Thi Anh Xuan was re-elected as Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the An Giang Party, Period 2020 – 2025.
Ms. Vo Thi Anh Xuan (50 years old, from Thoi Son Commune, Tinh Bien District, An Giang), has a BA in Education, BA in Politics.
From 2006 to 2011, Ms. Vo Thi Anh Xuan was President of the Women’s Union of An Giang Province.

In January 2011, Ms. Vo Thi Anh Xuan was an alternate member of the Party Central Committee, a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and Secretary of the Tan Chau Party Committee.
In 2013, Ms. Vo Thi Anh Xuan was Vice Chairperson of the An Giang Province People’s Committee and later served as Permanent Assistant Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee.
In early October 2015, the Central Party appointed Ms. Anh Xuan as the Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee.
On October 22, 2015, the 10th An Giang Provincial Party Congress elected Ms. Xuan to be re-elected as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.
New secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Bac Ninh Party
On September 25, Bac Ninh held the XX Party Congress, period 2020 – 2025. On the afternoon of the same day, the Executive Committee of Bac Ninh province, period XX, period 2020 – 2025 held the first Conference. Ms. Dao Hong Lan, Alternate Member of the Central Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Bac Ninh XIX period, was elected Secretary of the Party Committee of Bac Ninh, period 20, period 2020-2025.
Ms. Dao Hong Lan served as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee on behalf of her predecessor, Nguyen Nhan Chien.
Ms. Dao Hong Lan has just been elected Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
Ms. Dao Hong Lan was born in 1971 to Kinh Mon, Hai Duong, and is an alternate member of the XII Party Central Committee. Ms. Dao Hong Lan has a Master’s degree in Economics.
Before moving to Bac Ninh, Ms. Dao Hong Lan worked for many years in the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs). She held the positions of Deputy Director of the Department of Social Security; Deputy head of office in charge; Head of the Office of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
On December 17, 2014, the Prime Minister signed a decision to appoint her Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. In January 2016, Ms. Dao Hong Lan was an alternate member of the Party Central Committee.
In March 2018, it was decided to transfer Ms. Dao Hong Lan and appointed her to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Deputy Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the period 2015-2020.
Ms. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh was re-elected
On September 26, Lang Son Province held the 17th Party Congress, 2020-2025 period. On the afternoon of the same day, the Executive Committee of the Lang Son Province Party Committee, 17th period, 2020-2025 period organized the first conference, elected Ms. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, a member of the Party Central Committee, Lang Son Party Committee Secretary, re-elected 16th period Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, 17th term.
The Provincial Party Secretary, Lang Son Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, was born in 1967, in Gia Tan Commune, Gia Vien District, Ninh Binh Province. Qualifications: Bachelor of History, Master of Laws; Higher Political Theory.

Ms. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh used to hold the following positions: Permanent Vice President of the Central Vietnam Students Association, Director of the Young School Committee, President of the Vietnamese Students Association, Undersecretary of the Central Committee of the Party. .
In 2011, Ms. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department. In 2016, at the XII National Party Congress, Ms. Thanh was elected a member of the Central Committee.
In early 2017, Ms. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh was re-elected as the Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department.
On December 24, 2017, according to the Politburo assignment, Ms. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh was Secretary of the Lang Son Party Committee, Period XVI, Period 2015-2020.
